Welcome to Bascombe Hill a new exciting Estate Agent in Lee-On-The-Solent.

 

My team consists of :

 

Mr Toby Wheatley who is in charge of Sales.

He has been an Estate Agent all his adult life and has 35 years experience in all aspects of Estate Agency. Within his career he has worked in lots of different areas including Lee-On-The-Solent which has remained his favourite.

 

Mr Mark Groves who has worked for me for over 8 years and has great knowledge of all aspects of Estate Agency especially Rentals and the general running of an Estate Agents office. He is smart, polite and hard working.

 

Mr Chris Mence is my husband and we have worked together for almost 7 years. He is the backbone of the organisation as he oversees all monies in and out. He specialises in Landlord and Tenant rent and fees and the smooth running of our valued client accounts.

 

My name is Lynda Mence and I have been an independent businesswoman for over thirteen years and an Estate/Letting Agent for over twenty five years.
